Amanda Lambrechts, MS, RD, LN is an Indianapolis-based registered dietitian and licensed nutritionist. She works full-time as an assistant director of school nutrition for a school district while running her virtual private practice–Spilling the Beans Nutrition. In 2019, she was named the Young Dietitian of the Year while she was living in South Dakota.
