I’m a Registered Dietitian and avid nutrition entrepreneur. I’ve been carving my way through this entrepreneurial life for 1o years (!!) and my absolute favorite part of my career is that I get to make it whatever I want to be. And that’s what I want for you too: to take your nutrition career and turn it into the job of your dreams.
It’s time to stop dreaming and start making it happen.
I’ve taken what could be a somewhat unconventional approach to my career as a RD, working entirely from my comfy couch and using scalable business strategies before I even knew that was a thing. Over the years my career has looked like a lot of things, but the constant that remains is that I emphasize living my life and loving what I do.

The Dietitian HQ Story
I got really, really tired of Googling all the things
and watching a million webinars trying to extrapolate all the details and trying to twist them around to make them fit my nutrition business. And I got even more tired of hearing ad nauseam that someone held the secret to the EXACT 5 things I MUST do to make a bajillion dollars a month.
That just isn’t how I roll. While we do need clarity, focus, and specific strategies to maximize our business potential without going crazy or working insane hours, I don’t think that looks the same for all of us. I’m not ashamed to admit that what works for me might not actually work for you. Hey, your best strategy might totally tank for me.
That’s why I started the RD Entrepreneur Symposium
I know the answer isn’t the same for all of us, but that doesn’t mean we need to keep going at it all alone and reinventing the wheel every time we try to implement something new. And there’s a really darn good chance that someone has already mastered what you’re trying to do. So why not learn from them?!
Here at DietitianHQ we’re all about collaboration over competition. When one of us does better, the whole profession does better. So let’s keep being the best darn profession out there, ok?

Meet the Founder
I told you a little bit about me up there at the top, but here’s some of the nitty gritty in case you’re interested in that kind of stuff:
My somewhat outside-the-box nutrition career emphasizes scalable, passive, and residual income strategies, utilizing the magic of automation and technology. I work from the comfort of my home while raising my tiny (somewhat crazy) humans. My job looks a little bit different depending on the season, but includes things like professional writing, running group programs and courses, blogging(ish), helping moms of breastfeeding babes & kids with food sensitivities, sports nutrition, and supporting other RDs and health professionals on the path to career awesomeness.
For the resume-y kind of stuff:
Trained at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Northeastern Universiy, & the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, I specialize in sports nutrition, food sensitivities, and business implementation strategy. I have a Masters of Science in Sports Nutrition from Northeastern University and am a past president of the local dietetic association. I completed my dietetic internship at Johns Hopkins in Maryland where I grew up, but now I’m a southern transplant living in the heart of central North Carolina. In addition to being a dietitian, I’m a mom of two, a professional health writer, IPA drinker, and iced coffee lover.
